Manley & Associates, who's Manley?

I always thought they did only one game then folded, the infamous NITE CRITTERS for teh Turbob. But then I searched them out and I found that they did a shitty adventure game for Enix (their worst published SNES game!), and a duo of adventure games: Les Manley in Search for THE KING and Les Manley Lost in LA, which guessask what: they're poorly designed!

The protagonist of the adventure game is "Les Manley", and it's the name of the company owner too (or at least I think so), so I ask: does anyone has any pictures of the Manley? I want to know if he is a skinny nerd like the in-game representation of Les:

And if anyone has any interview, anecdote etc. of this company please post.

According to The Brothers Duomazov, Manley was Ivan Manley. They do an interview with him and his associate Dave Albert:

Lots of good info on both Manley & Associates as well as Night Creatures and the game industry in general.
